Video processing has caught up and processing times are back to normal. Videos that were delayed have finished processing or will finish shortly. We're monitoring to make sure everything stays stable.

Update

We've identified the cause of delayed video processing. Uploads are completing but taking longer than usual to finish processing, and some videos may show "Upload pending" or "Preparing optimization" for an extended time. A fix is in place and the backlog is clearing.
