Unfortunately, we determined that failed uploads from recordings cannot be recovered, and we recommend deleting these videos from your library, and re-recording the video.

Identified

We detected and fixed an issue with recorded videos, where the upload would fail after the recording finished. These videos will appear in your library, stuck in the "Upload pending" state.

As of approx. 4:30pm Eastern, all new recordings are uploading successfully. We are currently investigating the backlog of failed uploads.
