We will be performing maintenance and upgrades to our main analytics data servers. We expect about 30 minutes of downtime across all video analytics platforms and services, including the Analytics dashboard and APIs. Please note, there will be no impact of this upgrade to Live Analytics. There will be no loss of data – data from this period will appear in dashboards and APIs as soon as the downtime is concluded.
